Getting married at Vista Hills Vineyard in Oregon’s gorgeous wine country is really a sought after Wedding destination, the beautiful rolling hills of vineyard after vineyard after vineyard and gorgeous backroads with large oaks and falling leaves during our Autumn season. Typically in the month of October we have some rain but not much until it hits November, well we have actually had non-stop rain since the beginning of October but alas you just never know in the Northwest how our weather will be. I think my favorite in the wine country is when it has a low fog and a very moody look, its just gorgeous! Well our crazy weather did not stop my amazing couple Kelly & Clayton from dancing the night away. They along with their friends and families flew from Indiana for our awesome wine country and of course to endure some of the City of Portland. The day of their wedding was here and our weather looked pretty frightful that day but Kelly & Clayton were in great spirits and went with plan B to move everything inside and everything went wonderfully. There was so much love there with their families and friends and I know even from afar from those who couldn’t make it.

Although we couldn’t go into the vineyard itself and take advantage of the property due to the rain and wind, they decided to tough it out and do the “first look” outside undercover 😉 
As soon as they were official, I think its time for a group hug, don’t you? 😉
They are big Halloween fans and since this wedding was right before Halloween, they put masks in everyones welcome bags when they arrived to Portland and this particular gentleman decided to show us his! I love the look on Grandpa’s face!
